of this, if you are unhappy for any reason we would like you

Returns
Please return your unused, unwanted, or defective item to
us within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. If an item
is defective or damaged, or the incorrect item was shipped
to you, we will be happy to refund your postage charges (Regular
Mail - first class) as well.
Shipping Rates
We try to keep our shipping costs at a level that will cover
packaging, transit, and handling fees. Shipping charges to
the U.S. are as follows:
- First item: $3.99
- Each additional item: + $1.99
This means that if you
purchase one kit, your shipping
charge will be $3.99. Two kits would cost
$5.98 to ship. Massachusettes
residents will also have 5% tax added to their charges. International
shipping charges may be slightly higher. Please
for international rates for the items you wish to order.
Security
The orders you place on this web site are routed through Paypal.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information

items ordered, and your email address, but not your credit
card number or other account data. Information you provide

Our products are priced competitively. However, using high
quality natural materials (like our super-soft, yet very sturdy,
100% merino wool felt) often means a higher cost of materials.
Pricing may change and we reserve the right to alter pricing

Availability
Sudden peaks in demand or disruptions in deliveries from our
suppliers may cause us to be unable to fill your order. We
do not expect this to occur often, but we hope you will understand
that we cannot assure immediate availability of a product
even if it is listed on our web site.
